Mario Mazzer graduates in Architecture at Politecnico in Milan in 1978 and, in 1979, is granted the title of Industrial Designer at Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. Thanks to the collaboration with the leaders of the Italian design in this same school, the 70s become years of development. In 1980, he founds the Mario Mazzer Architects in Conegliano Veneto. He speaks at several conferences. In 1996, he is awarded an honor title at the ID Annual Design Review. His creations are selected for the ADI Design Index and in the International Design Yearbook several different times. His monograph is published in 2001 with the title Thinking about Things: Mario Mazzer designer. He is then included in The Design Enciclopedia, Moma New York – 2004. He is awarded different prizes, such as the “Good Design Award”, the “Red Dot Award”, and the “IF Product Design Award”. With its 30 years of experience, the team of his studio is nowadays composed by architects, engineers and interior designers. Mario Mazzer Architects applies its experience in a variety of projects, both in Italy and abroad: it deals with both residential and commercial buildings, hotels and resorts, sport buildings and railway stations. It also copes with the urban renovation, planning and redevelopment.
